Call for Applications 2026

Children and/or grandchildren (to include stepchildren and step-grandchildren) of members of the United States Air Force Medical Service Corps (MSC) officers (Active, Reserve, Air National Guard, or Retired) who are enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program in health care management or related field of study at accredited educational institutions of higher learning are encouraged to apply for a Brigadier

General Donald B. Wagner scholarship.

Interested students and their qualifying sponsor must complete the application online or via the downloadable form found on this page.

To be considered for a grant award for this academic year, completed applications must be received by June 30, 2026.
