  • The Brigadier General Donald B. Wagner Perpetual Scholarship Fund is a publicly-supported 501(c)(3) corporation funded primarily by donations.

  • The Mission of the Fund is to provide scholarship grants to children or grandchildren of USAF Medical Service Corps officers (Active, Reserve, Air National Guard, or Retired) who are enrolled in graduate or undergraduate programs in healthcare management or related fields of study at accredited educational institutions of higher learning.

  • The Fund maintains a continuous program for solicitation of funds from the general public.  Any individual or organization may contribute to the Fund in support of its philanthropic mission, although donations come primarily from the community of active duty, guard, reserve, and retired USAF MSC officers.

  • The Fund is neither a government agency nor affiliated with any government entity.  Nothing in this website is intended to imply an endorsement by or affiliation with the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, or Department of the Air Force.

  • The Fund is managed by a volunteer (non-compensated) Board of Directors. Each Director submits an annual Conflict of Interest Disclosure. No Director has any conflict of interest that impacts his/her service as a fiduciary for the Fund.

  • The Fund’s Internal Revenue Service Tax Filings (Form 990) are publicly available online for review.

  • Nothing in this website is intended or implied as financial advice.  Donations to the Fund are tax deductible within limitations prescribed by the IRS.  Please consult with your personal financial advisor and/or tax professional for any questions.
